Calculating change おつりの計算【５年】
カフェで働いています。お客さんの注文の合計はいくらですか？おつりはいくら渡しますか？ ドルと円の２パターンのワークシートを作りました。この活動の応用編もあるので、下にリンクから見てみてください。 You work at a café. What is the total cost? How much change will you give back? 友達ができること、できないことを予想して、あてるペア活動です。３種類のワークシートを作りました。生徒たちは予想する段階ですでに楽しそうでした。英語に It's a fun pair activity where students guess what their friends can and cannot do. I've made three different types of worksheets. The students already seemed to be enjoying themselves just while making predictions.
My Dream Friend【５年】
自分が友達になりたい人物をクイズ形式で発表する授業です。生徒に「印象に残った発表」の１つに選ばれました。好きな人と友達になれるなんて、想像するだけで楽しいですよね。ぜひ、先生も参加してください！生徒は喜びますよ。 Students present a quiz about the person they want to be friends with in class. This activity was chosen as one of the most memorable lessons. It's fun just to imagine becoming friends with someone you like, isn't it? You should present your dream friend, the students will be delighted!

説明文が違うのを２つ作りました。（カラーと白黒バージョンがあるので、合計4枚のワークシート） 1枚目 バレンタインデーは、好きな人や友達に「大好き」と伝える日です。 ２枚目 バレンタインデーは、友達をに大好きな気持ちを伝える日です。 2枚目の説明文は、「おさるのジョージ」の日本語版で、黄色の帽子のおじさん言っているセリフです。（Valentine's Day is for showing all your friends that you care about them.で、「care about 大好き」と訳しています。（care about は大事に思っている、と言う意味の好き。）おさるのジョージのビデオを見た後なら、2つ目の説明文がわかりやすいかもしれません。 動画は英語ですが、下にある「もう少しおさるのジョージの動画について」に移動すると、動画の解説と日本語版のリンクがあります。 I have created two different explanations.
